Orvlex Privacy Policy: Photos, Payments and Video Delivery

What We Collect

To create and deliver your video, we process the two photos you upload, your email address, your order and credit records, and the generated video. We also receive technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as request and device information. You do not need to create an account to use the launch purchase flow.

How We Use It

We use your photos to create the selected video. Uploaded content is checked before generation, and the generated video is checked afterward for content safety. We use your email address to send a private download link and to answer support or refund requests. Order and credit records are used to confirm payment, apply credits, and process eligible refunds.

Payment and Service Providers

Stripe processes payments. Orvlex does not store your full payment card number. We use providers for video processing, storage, email delivery, and site operation. The information needed for each service is shared with that provider to perform the service.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. It may use cookies and collect information about pages viewed and device activity. You can accept or decline analytics cookies using the cookie notice, and change your choice later through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Access and Contact

The finished video can be downloaded on the result page and through the private link sent to your email address. For questions about your information, contact support@orvlex.com.
