Orvlex Terms of Service: Credits, Safety Checks and Refunds

Using Orvlex

Orvlex creates videos from photos using fixed templates. You can purchase and generate a video without creating an account. You must provide an email address for your order and video delivery. Use photos that you have the right to upload and process, and do not use the service to violate others' rights or applicable law.

Payment and Credits

The launch offer is a one-time payment of $9.90 for 10 credits. One 15-second video uses 10 credits. There is no free tier or subscription. Unused credits are valid for one year from purchase. Credits left unused after that period expire.

Content Safety Checks

We check uploaded content before generation and check the generated video afterward. If uploaded content is blocked before generation, the task fails and its 10 credits are returned. If the generated video is blocked after generation, the task fails and those credits are not returned.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unused, unexpired credits by emailing support@orvlex.com. The Stripe processing fee is deducted from the refund. Expired credits are not refundable. Credits used for a video blocked after generation are not unused credits and are not refundable under this policy.
